“In my opinion, a cook has to be proud of the work he accomplishes with his two hands!”
– Hugo Lefrançois, Executive Chef, Resto Bistro Accents

A graduate of the Académie culinaire de Montréal and a native of the Magdalen Islands, Hugo is a self-taught chef with more than 20 years of kitchen experience.

In addition to being  chef-owner for over 13 years, Hugo also worked in the kitchen of the reputable Hôtel Les Trois Tilleuls in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu.
